Hopefully by the visit of Indonesian president could strengthen bilateral cooperation between two countries because since long time before there have been too much problem as of now such as the current case of “releasing Maternus Bere” which makes many timorese not satisfied mainly the family of the victims in 1999 suai’s massacre. such things could aggravate the diplomatic relationship with our neighbor country. By the way, justice is really important then bilateral cooperation. it doesn’t mean that to forget the everything in the past.
it is related to Human Right. some people may say “just forgive”. but forgiveness is not enough, it may hurt the feelings of the victim, those who lost their love ones.
